It'll do me. You've vaguely heard of Riverside, and it's something of a misnomer. It's actually the name given to a bunch of derelict residential buildings bordering a particularly large flood outlet. The outlet might as well be an underground river for the size of it. You don't know exactly where it is though, just that it's in this area somewhere. The Shutting Downs wrote:Streetwise: 9+9+2 = 20!
That do?
Hold on while I spaz back to where I gave you your info on this...TezzRexx wrote:Sorry everyone for not playing in a while but I do wanna pick up and carry on.
Spindle Winston is in the bar with Krosstown Traffic gang, I'd like to find out if they'd be interested in helping a group take down Mama and her boys using persuasion.
6,6,+3 = 15!
EDIT: Right, you head on into the Neon Hook to see what you can drag out of The Spectres. They're not hard to spot - their fancy bikes are lined up outside, and upon entering the bar there seems to be nobody in there who isn't KT, apart from the barman, and even then you're not sure.
The Spectres, while none are noticeably Orientan, imitate the Orientan Bosozoku gangs. Their bikes are gaudy with over the top mirrors, lights and decorations, and they seem to wear vague colours of red and grey jumpsuits, goggles and leather (you suspect they're not actually leather) helmets. As you enter the bar every single person stops what they're doing and stares at you, then with a mixture of sneers and disinterest go back to what they're doing. The barman, however, beckons you over with a jerk of his head.
I'll keep your roll for when you need it, but you're going to have to talk to them a bit first

It's not hard to spot once you get the right map, which takes a little while. There's a massive tunnel that leads through the sector, one of about 8 in Mort, which acts as a main artery for the city's drainage. The map's a bit fuzzy for the whole sector, but there seems to be a distinct lack of accurate information about the buildings on 'the riverside'.

Grimmie looks a little peeved and slumps down in the APC seat.Grim wrote:Well, it was either pump her full of truth serum, or not get a straight answer out of her.
We all know how great you are with kids, maybe you can question the next brat we pick up?
Anyway guys, this stuff only lasts for thirty minutes, maybe a little longer in kids.
We could drive somewhere safe while we wait for it to wear off, if you still want to get some sense outta her.

Tezz:
The kid's been under for about 25 mins now anyway, and it'll take you about 10-20 to get to the 'river' at a guess.
Everyone else:Barman wrote:Here ya go champ. This one's on the house, so long as you stay and chat a while. What is it you want here? We don't get Ops just popping in for a quick drink, and the boys here might be ignoring you for now but as soon as they decide they don't want you here they're going to get a whole lot more interested.
