isn't the PCGA that thing epic formed to whine at about poor sales/piracy, while they continue to give PC games poor ports 2 years late?

I think it is yes. And now they're not even going to shitty port gears 2. Because of piracy and high end users.

I've grown to despise Capcom games. They seem too hardcore and serious gaming business, for console games. Just have a look at the latest Res Evil game. Not only does it use all of the buttons on the joypad you have to use combinations as well. I'm too old for this shit.

It's got nothing to do with this story, just saying.

It makes sense for Capcom especially to sign up to the PCGA though, considering that the publisher and developer has long been a supporter of the PC industry and has worked to port nearly all of its best games to PC at some point, something they usually do quite well too.
Bit-tech, looking at the world through rose tinted glasses and remembering Virtua Cop 2 methinks.
