Defrag software

I used DiscTrix Ultimate Defrag on my XP machines. It lets you shuffle files about based on recently accessed times, and also by priority from a custom list - ie, you can put all your game data like maps on the outer tracks of a disc for quicker load times etc.

It's not so great for Fista system drives, but still ace for programs and data.
