I prefer 2142 but not many others do.

and I believe all the games are on 1 disc to install.
Hmmm sounds tempting, seen as I've lost my copy of Beef (still got the CD key though..)

Its in the 3 for £10 or 2 for £15 section, I forgot to mention this.
I think the Battlefield 2142 Collection was in this section aswell, but not 100% sure. There were a few other fancys in it too

*shudder* BEEF 2142
I've already got that, I've probably played it about 6 times.

That's where you went wrong, you need to play it more times.

I also played it about 6 times, because that's how long EA decided I was allowed to rent their game for.

I liked Future Beef up until the point it decided not to work, and I was exposed to the full horror of EA's customer support*
*SPOILER - they're all cunts.

That's as far as I got, although it took quite a long time for them to break it.

I made the fatal mistake of picking a server that was on Kubra Dam when some knobjock started spamming vehicle drops in the previous server, and interest rapidly waned at that point.
I reckon that we should stick to Karkand/Sharqi/Jalalalalalalalalalaaaaaaaaaalalalalalabad etc as they tend to be easier to play than those that are more dependent on vehicles. It was hardly an classic session of beef, but there were a few moments of 5punky 5quad that were happily reminiscent of the good ol' days.
More of this sort of thing!

I'm going to try to start getting in on whatever game is on when I'm free, so I've been updating BEEF ready to go. No TS though

I'd be happy to give you a hand Ambles. You won't learn anything useful, but the offer stands
Don't ask me about flying though, you need Uncle Fear for that.
