Video Memory
What exactly is Shared System Memory. Is it what Windows is using of my RAM?
Is there a way to reduce this value so that I have more RAMs available or is it not worth changing?

I would say that. Looks to be your card detecting paging files and showing what it has to draw on if need be. I doubt it would actually use any of that unless crysis was being played. If you really want you can turn them off, but I wouldn't bother with your system, the speed changes +/- would be negligible.

I looked a bit more about this.
Basically Fista offers your graphics card real memory to use as a texture cache kind of thing, so you don't have so much slowdown once you've ran out of memory on the card (as pete says, not super likely mostly) it's a good thing™
Doesn't use your memory unless it needs to, and when it needs to, it's better that it does, rather than using your HDD/paging file.
