I figure you have roughly 20-30 mins left, and setting the bomb will take 5ish. If its looking like you guys are cutting it a bit fine, I'll work it out properly, but I imagine you are not aiming for a movie style jumping-away-from-the-explosion-in-slow-mo thing, so rough estimate should be ok.

I want to be very far away very soon because I've only got about 10 minutes after you plant the second bomb IIRC.

Who is deciding when we're at the right place?

I'm thinking we might as well wrap this up by saying we get there in another 5 or so minutes, I place the various bits of bomb goo and the transmitter, I've done the roll so it's up to joose as to whether I rolled enough to finish off the concrete, collapse the stairwell/lift shaft and save the clinic.

We retire to safe distance, I send the signal, they kerblammo and that gives me a few minutes to nip over and see if I've been successful. Then step away to the car and watch rumbly ground 'quake thing happen.

Have I been succesful Joose?

Finishing this adventure either today or tomorrow would be a good Christmas present if you ask me.

Only 248 days to plant a bomb, I'd say that's reasonable.

 I take the point.

Right, speedy progress tiem:

You plant the bomb fine, make it out just in time for Leland to pass out again. You haul his unconscious ass to the car, and watch from a distance as there is a big rumbly shake. Your second bomb seems to have done the job, as apart from a few broken windows and one already dodgy wall caving in, theres no sign you have just collapsed an underground structure with explosives.

I feel kinda sorry for the first guy in the construction crew to drive some heavy machinery onto the site though. :)

So now its just a matter of getting paid. Who's making the call?

Assuming we head back to Frank's shop, Leland uses the time he's totally conked out for some healy-go-teim.

Body + Willpower + Quick Healer: 9 dice

6, 4, 6, 2, 3, 5, 6, 1, 1: 4 hits

If there's time before any sort of meet happens, Leland will spend another hour resting up as well.

5, 3, 2, 1, 1, 4, 5, 1, 5: 3 hits

That puts me back to only 3 boxes of stun damage for a -1 modifier.

Franks pan to everyone else's pan wrote:Resolution of both count down timers has occurred, detonation was successful on both counts, no loss of human life detected. Have a nice day!
Frank wrote:Right, seems I've managed to keep the clinic upright, more money for all of us, I said I'd share the bonus and I keep my promises. I'll deduct the explosives from it, but the rest we'll split.

I'll give Pastukhov a call and arrange a meet, probably we'll be back to that weird diner of his. For now, lets head back to mine and get cleaned up, get all this ghoul juice off us.

I assume we'll leave sleeping ugly under the watchful eyes of chopper, while me and Al do the talking. I've got some good footage of something a damn sight more fucked up than a ghoul to try and squeeze a few more dead presidents if he starts being antsy. Shouldn't be a problem though.

Pastukhov answers the call immediately, and after some "Da Da!" and other happy sounding russian gibberish, tells you to come round to the diner you met at before as soon as you are ready.
