His distaste for director Zack Snyder's forthcoming adaptation of Watchmen has gotten nastier, but Moore's having a swell time watching the film get kicked around like a financial football by Fox and Warner Bros.
"Will the film even be coming out?" Moore wisecracked to Los Angeles Times' comics blog Hero Complex. "There are these legal problems now, which I find wonderfully ironic. Perhaps it's been cursed from afar, from England. And I can tell you that I will also be spitting venom all over it for months to come."

I'd be so happy if boycotts happened in the entertainment world. It might produce a better quality of works instead of just going for the profit. Or not...Fans Threaten Fox Over Watchmen Lawsuit wrote:
Rorschach and his fellow Watchmen are looking to their fans and saying, "Save us." And, the fans are looking down and answering, "Yes."
Watchmen fans were already organizing to save the three-hour cut of Zack Snyder's movie when the current Fox versus Warner Bros. war broke out.
Now that some reports say Fox would rather kill Watchmen than share the profit it generates, comic book and movie fans are threatening a revolt against any Fox genre movies should the studio continue to flirt with its weapon of Watchmen destruction.
Fox shows no signs of backing down, insisting that it's just business. But, that's what Michael Corleone would say before he killed your family. Fox even went so far as to provide paperwork regarding its claims on Watchmen.
But paperwork wouldn't save Babylon A.D., Max Payne or The Day the Earth Stood Still if genre fans stayed away in droves to protest Fox's Watchmen shenanigans. That's the threat on the table.
Stay tuned to see who, if anyone, blinks.
