On the ball as ever, I swept the first series of this last week. Haven't had a chance to check it out yet though.

The first four series featured over 100 episodes which were basically the same. Unless they drastically changed something, I don't think this'll keep me interested for long.

Pretty much defines Everyplot, put it passes 45 minutes, and contains a god.

The episodes may follow the same formula with occasional twists, but unlike the majority of stuff, it is rather well written and quite enjoyable.
Hence it obtains "good" status.

and Hugh Laurie being a cupcake is a great basis for a show.
Hell, just put him in a room with people to insult, I'd enjoy it just as much.

A live talkshow would be awesome...hmm, probably wouldn't get many guests though...but with the advances in CGI...

I think someone (not me I'm lazy) should pen the relevant parties a letter explaining just how awesome it would be to mix Fry in QI mode with Laurie in angry piss take mode and let it loose upon slow witted types.
