TRUEBLOOD

Thanks to a Japanese scientist's invention of synthetic blood, vampires have progressed from legendary monsters to fellow citizens overnight. And while humans have been safely removed from the menu, many remain apprehensive about these creatures "coming out of the coffin." Religious leaders and government officials around the world have chosen their sides, but in the small Louisiana town of Bon Temps, the jury is still out.

Local waitress Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin), however, knows how it feels to be an outcast. "Cursed" with the ability to listen in on people's thoughts, she's also open-minded about the integration of vampires — particularly when it comes to Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer), a handsome 173-year-old living up the road. But as Sookie is drawn into a series of mysteries surrounding Bill's arrival in Bon Temps, that tolerance will be put to the test.

1st episode last nite...was quite intriguing and entertaining...violence,sex,vampires accepted into society...need i say more?

Undead is not the same as dead hehulk, the main point as I see it is death is real, but undeath is just a figment of the human imagination. Your jumping to conclusions in regard to sex with bodies tells us a lot about you, more than your need to share tales of rectal prolapses does...

I'm sweeping it now. Seems that the pre-air copies a lot of places dropped missed the ending. Hopefully I'll not have to try multiple versions. Also, i want bum notice back! Stupid merkin season break things!

Trueblood Ep2 was quite good also. They've ended both eps nicely making you want to see the next one. The only thing is I'm not sure where this series is going. Although, it helps you from guessing what comes next...I'm not used to it.

A show that isn't predictable?

Famous boobie is better than non-famous boobie. Even if they're shit tits (such as donatella versace) Unless non-famous boobie is within reach (and touchable without men in uniform locking you up).

As for the rest of the episode, pretty good. Anyone else still watching this?

famous boobies ftw! I was quite suprised by that and it made me....smile

i've been burning episodes for people at work that don't have access to it...got 3 other people hooked

they sure did a ton of building up characters/storyline in eps 3-6...hopefully the action will start up soon like it was in the first 2 eps...
