I almost bought this today, but then I found out that you only get 3 installs/hardware changes, looks like all EA games are going that way

Not that it has that extreme replayability that you're going to actually rebuy it after 3 hardware changes. It's all about that you build a creature with peaceful parts and one with overwhelming power parts and you've pretty much done everything.

Don't forget the middle ground of omnivore/adaptable/economic etc.

Oh yeah. Make it three. Omnivore's pretty much the same though, it's like doing two things at once in the game but only having a mediocre experience of both.

I just discovered you get an I WIN button at 7 cities in Civilization stage. That's full of fail.
