Error! Invalid Session

For some reason i can't post replies, i get an Error message everytime i try to reply.

Error!
Invalid Session. Please resubmit the form.

Can someone help me out.

Sorry if i posted this in wrong place, i couldn't find anywhere else to put it so i decided to throw in down here

I've had that on occasion. Try deleting the cookie for 5punk.co.uk.

If it's a session error: Delete the cookie and completely close all instances of the browser (and maybe clean the cache while you're at it).

Once you reload up FF or IE or whatever you're using it should all be gravy.

That seemed to work, i just deleted all my cookies
