i made a 5punk background for the menu, but the biggest picture of 5punky i could find was too low res to make it look decent

I don't think there's anything wrong with ace files per se, but try sticking to a format that most people have actually heard of... .zip or .rar should suffice.

just to say when on a surf server i saw the admin had it put on his back and helmet of his rights so if the admins for 5punk wanna do that? just a thought so people know who not too mess with and that they are being watched lol.

that's a bad thing mostly, imo.

if i'm playing cs, i'm playing to play fair, and on the same level as everyone else, the fact i'm an admin only comes into play when i need to admin

Striking fear into non-admins only reduces their enjoyment of the game - and if they're not enjoying themselves, they'll not come back. A server with no players is a server that needs no admins.

i hate power mad nazi admins, the kind that slap you so you cant defuse bombs :(

Yeah, the major reason why being an admin is tough is simply preventing yourself from walking over the line of what's fair and what's not fair.

There is always the temptation to use the admin powers to give yourself an advantage, but as I said earlier, you ain't going to have anyone to have an advantage over if you play like a jerk.

What do I do with it?
i put a readme in there, but basically you take the .vtf file and put it in C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\(YOUR ACCOUNT NAME)\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\console
and it should work next time you load up the game
