CD: ( ) by Sigur Rós. I never tire of hearing the truly epic, emotion grabbing songs on that album.

Movie: The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly Clint Eastwood's best movie by far. One of the best standoffs of all time too.

Game: If there's no internet access, I'd probably have to go with an RPG, mostly because they usually have better replay value as far as single player games go. I'd probably choose either the original Dungeon Siege or Titan Quest. Both have a lot of content, especially Dungeon Siege, with its massive multiplayer world that you can solo in.

If I did have internet access, I'd probably go with BEEF, just because I love it so. I LOVE THE BEEF.

I'm crap at these sort of things - I can never narrow it down to just one thing, and even if I do I'd probably change my mind a week later. Let's give it a go though.

CD

Grotesque (After the Gramme) by The Fall - songs about paranoid conspiracy theorists (with kazoo!), a gothic horror story about an unusual dog birth, truckers, dogging and more.

MOVIE

Hmm, either Dr. Strangelove or 2001: Space Odyssey

GAME

Yep, Oblivion.

BOOOOOK

As with other 5punkers, I have an almost crack like addiction to book buying. I also like to re-read a lot of books. Again, though choice, but it would be a toss up between Slaughterhouse Five and Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep. Then again, I might take Don Quixote - then I might be able to finish the damn thing.

Really? I was quite disappointed by both of those. I'm probably in a minority I suppose - I was expecting gritty dystopian Sci-Fi with Slaughterhouse Five, and Bladerunner with Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep. Roadside Picnic lived up to my expectations though. I'll be updating my Dystopian Fictin thread soon with some Dark Future novels.

I had no expectations of them before I read them which might be why I like them a lot. In fact I read Do Androids Dream before I saw Blade Runner, which might explain my complete indifference to the film. Conversely, I couldn't finish reading Fight Club - having seen the film first I was slightly disappointed.

CD

The black album - Metallica, bought it as a kid randomly because I had no clue why a cassette case would be like that and sat transfixed through repeated plays, it wore out eventually, but I had it on cd too.

Movie

Leon, fucking great film, very french (despite reno's attempt at being italian) oldman is fucking great too.

Game

The toughest choice of all, baldurs gate or fallout (or their sequels) but I really couldn't decide.

Book

Lord of the rings complete and unabridged so I could learn elvish/dwarven when I wasn't eating sand and trying to distil coconut milk.
