First Impressions:

Creek: Big, outdoorsy, could be fun if it doesn't become a sniperfest.
Killhouse: not so impressed, it's just a bit too small with basically no cover, and minimal concealment.
Just tried these on a busy-ish (28 players) hardcore FF off server, the main impression I got from both was that they're not meant to be for hardcore.

Killhouse is utterly crap with more than like 16 people, it's a map made to breed asshat tactics, especially on hardcore with FF off. 2 teams prone with snipers and MGs does not a fun game make.

Creek was a bit better, but again, felt like it needed less people, should be fun with 20-ish, maybe hardcore mode (behind enemy lines would thoroughly rock on this :( )

Order of favourite, for me:

1) Broadcast. Fantastic map, lots of corners, rooms, corridors. Perfect for shotguns, sneaking, explosives and ambushing. Similar to Vacant, but larger and more fun.
2) Creek. A good outdoors map, potential sniperfest but very easy to counter-snipe (without having to become a sniper yourself). Similar to Overgrown, but larger and more fun.
3) Killhouse. A good chaotic map full of explosions and death, nice if you just want to blow shit up without thinking too much. Similar to Shipment, only larger and more fun.
4) Chinatown/Carentan 2.0. Shit map for nostalgiafags :P

Those four words seem to nicely summarize your whole review..
