If you touch your software enough does it become hardware?

Mines set up so it moves real fast but by moving it slower it moves real fine very neat for sniping and pulling off those HS I get in CSS :)

I went on a Rambo 4HS with usp then knife all thanks to my Razor mouse :)

pretty good actualy. its heavy so its good for gaming (as far as wireless ones go) sensitive as fuck (10x that of a optical mouse aparently) feels good to hold, has more buttons than you have fingers and there is pleanty of software to do things like configure the buttons differently for when different apps are open (im yet to test this). first few hours of gaming gave me 'quake claw' but i think now ive gotten used to it its stopped.
having said that, it is only a mouse and fucking expensive at that. wouldnt recomend it to a lefty either

dont get an MX1000 for games. they lag a lot.
i nearly bought the xm518 the ohter day
they are lush. and have ajustable tracking speed using buttons near the scroll wheel. This is handy in CS, where you can turn it down in game to snipe, and turn up again to rush somewhere.
I would go for a 510 or 518. anything wireless has the potential to get disruped.
Also, i think lighter mouse are good for gaming rather than heavy ones. make them a bit zippier (as long as they still can track at zippy speeds)

I have one of these: http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/produ ... ENTID=7110

being wireless its fairly heavy for a mouse so you need a decent mouse mat and ideally some mad dotz, skatz, eels or whatever for the smoothness. Other than that it's a great mouse if you want to avoid wires and the cradle acts as a general bluetooth hub as well

I've had my eye on the 518 for a while, saving pennies!, or I might break early and impulse buy a 510 :?

Don't get a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer (a found here). The scroll wheel doesn't click and is far too sensitive for gaming, want to change to pistol? How about whizzing past that and selecting a granade instead. Otherwise it's brilliant :D

Logitech UltraX for keyboards.

there's little info to be had about it (i think they wanna keep it quiet)

full size keyboard with laptop/dinovo style keys (and only 6 fancy buttons, which don't add to the size)

Why would they keep it quiet you ask...

£20.
