Work thread
Greets 5punkers.
Had a fat monitor donated to me yesterday and thought I'd grab a picture of it.
Desktop is the Helix Nebula, aka The Eye of God.

I work at a college in Birmingham.
My official title is Web Developer, but I do all sorts of stuff.
Staff and student Intranet maintenance and rebuilds, team sites, learning environment, graphical niceness, college website, digital signage, etc etc.
What do you lot do?
Bonus points for attaching a picture of your desk/workplace.

I'll arrange a picture next week, but in the meantime I want to work here!
I work for a small Planning Consultancy a bit north of Newcastle and am a student member of the RTPI - I need to do a 2-year part-time Masters before I get full accreditation
.
Basically, I help our clients get planning permission for schemes, which at the moment mostly consists of residential developments, although we do retail, leisure and industrial stuff too. More detail than that would be entirely unnecessary I feel, unless anyone wants planning advice!

I work for Oxford Uni, and my desk looks like a bomb has hit it (this is normal though, it means I know where everything is, and if I lose something I know it is under my keyboard ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Piccie coming shortly

I also installed Fista the same week it arrived and I know which one I prefer
One keyboard, one mouse, between PCs and Macs.
