Phoo Action

Post by FatherJack »

Did anyone else see this?

It's a live action series based on a comic book and kind of silly. I found myself watching with a combination of perplexity and awe - some of the bad guys look as ridiculous as Power Rangers bad guys, but they've used CGI here and there to make them look rather good.

Also the girl has magic shorts and keeps putting her hand down them and pulling stuff out.

The 60-minute pilot is repeated on BBC3 on Sunday at 10pm and 1:40am, there may be a series later.

Iplayer has it here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/page/item/ ... d=b008ytmn

I saw the adverts and thought it looked unusual. Then I forgot about it.

Probably for the better. It's bloody awful.

Really? Any close up shots? Or is she meant to be underage? In which case, any close up shots? :P
