DVD to DivX AVI in Windows Fista

I used to use Gordian Knot to convert DVDs i rented to AVI, but it doesn't seem to be working under Fista,I have also tie AutoGK but i get an error saying it cannot process that type of video input

does anyone else rip dvds in windows Fista, if so what do you use?
