im not quite sure, i think the mousemat would be much better, especially if it had a wrist rest thingy

i dunno i found the rest thing to be kind of spazzy - it gets in the way but... u know, free shit - cant complain either way!

Wrist rests are a <i>Very Bad Thing</i> - if you need one, your computering position is wrong and should be fixed, else you risk long term problems from poor posture.

A mouse mat should only be used as a surface to run your mouse on to help it work better and/or help to stop wear on your mouse and desk.

Also, dex systems only sell high quality gaming mouse surfaces, not shitty PC world specials.

my chair is too low, so my wrist is unconfortable and i havnt got the best kinda chair in the world for using a computer

ahhhhh i might buy a mouse mat and the gel thing, even though you would disagree, but i feel more confortable with my wrist the same height as my hand
