Well 2 years down the line, they have managed to release v1.0 of the German Front Mod.
The mod contains new skins, weapons, vehicles, maps, and also has it's own "class" systems, for those of you that enjoy being medics and is a lot more brutal/realistic.
If you fancy giving it a blast, I have hosted both the installer and the patch.
(NOTE: If you have downloaded the old version of the GFM,you may have to manually delete it from within your cod directory)
