Has anyone else tried out the CTF mod? Whats your thoughts?

hl2 deathmatch with flags. better of course because its always more interesting when there is a point to killing people. not realy my kettle of fish mind you. but still more fun that HL:DM

Not played it for a few weeks but the last time I did it was much improved

had a go of Tim Coop yesterday and managed to crash a public server, it still needs some work I think

yes it does that alot, load of cack. one to look out for is venshinra co-op. theres 2 maps at current and neither are finnished, and its just basicaly the same as hl2. however, from what ive seen the maps are completely original and pretty dam fun. im keeping my eye on the final release to be honest. they even throw in a few new aliuns. the maps actualy look like somthing too, instead of just one long winding coridor full of aliens that keep spawning at the same point

Presumably there's no gravity gun, or you could just toss the flag around and it would turn into Push.

There's a gravy gun, but it doesn't seem to work with the flag as obviously the flag's defy the laws of physics :lol:
