Anyone heard of this? It still looks to be in fairly early development but with the pedigree of NCsoft (City of Heroes, Guild Wars) it has the potential to be quite good. Especially if they take the good bits from CoH like nobody else has so far.

Whatever, Berk..

I do think it looks good, however Q2 2008 is a bit far, let's see how it develops.

I don't care about engines. A lot of PlayNC/NCSoft's stuff seems to use a similar engine anyway from what I can see. Fact is that as far as MMONGs are concerned I've never felt as home as in CoH. It has some truly inspired mechanics. It's just a pity that the actual game wasn't really very interesting. I'm hoping wither this or GW2 will combine the best of both.

True, but cryengine is likely to still be heavy as fuck, and I dunno how suited to a mmong.

'Till it fucking bleeds. CoH is, by a country mile, the most enjoyable mmong I have ever played. The hours I spent, quite literally, crying with laughter whilst grouped with 5punkers are some of my fondest gaming memories to date.

Oh god, I'm going to have to revisit the CoH homo thread again. I'm sure I've not laughed that much during a game ever.

:above: Very much this. I too class my time in CoH with you fuckers as some of my happiest and most hilarious gaming moments. I may even shed a tear.

Yeah, it looks to involve lots of flying about, which was great fun in CoH.
