advice on corp running

Ok I been thinking I need to start recruiting. Tho the problem is how do i make this work with members? Because i have trade, Production and Mining going well but I just need to increase mining and production.

Tho I was interested in recruiting miners and mission runners (Improve standing, little cut in corp taxs 5%) tho I wasn't sure how to make it rewarding to be in my corp. Its mainly empire based

So here a dres ideas on how to make it interesting for members.

Corp member can sell ore or minerals to corp 90% of market value (average)?

With Corp profits of end of each month get 3 or 5% cut for wages from ship production and ship sales?

Have at least 1 corp op a week to help member what they need a ship or skill they want to save up for like a freighter.

Have 1 corp op to collect resources for corp only.

I have alot of skill books that could help new player but I just wondering what ideas have you guys got? Every corp has a system on rewards i guess.

Oh and I will only be recruiting Amarr and Caldari players only.

make them have a great time in corp, everything else is irrelevant as they wont stick around if they are bored anyway.
