I also used a generic wireless Logitech mouse for years. It worked rather well until it decided that it liked the corners of my screen so much that it randomly would shoot to one of them. This also happened while gaming, so while playing CS:S I'd suddenly be looking a my feet while spinning around spastically. I'm not sure why, as it was optical, but I figured it was time to retire it. Never b0rked my sound/windoze, which has always been an issue with razers, if yours works vibrospazz, you've got lucky.
I did however find that only the reference drivers on the CD and the drivers direct from Razor work properly, the ones available via Windowz Update completely fuck your system.
