Went on a job hunt today and nipped into game station. The manager was just about to put up signs for Christmas temps. So I filled in an application form then and there, first in so hopefully I'll get a job out of it, staff discounts may be on me!
I need the collective gaming prayers of 5punk to get this job.

So long as you're surly and listen to unnecessarily loud emo, you'll fit right in in Gamestation!
All the best mate, just show them you're passionate and reliable in the interview and you'll breeze it. Also remember to use words like "sales targets", "add on sales" and "customer service" - any other corporate bullshit that comes to mind should be thrown in at your discretion! Let us know how you get on.
I worked in a software shop when I was in my teens. If you're old enough you may remember the Software Plus chain, they went bust at least 10 years ago. They had a lovely yellow and brown logo.
My new job's amazing, I do relatively easy and few tasks on photoshop and indesign (like making wine lists) then pissabout on the interweb which doesnt have that many sites blocked Ace!
I'm just worried I'll get really bored.
