He sounds a bit like that guy off Amercian Hotrod. Also sounds as if he's trying to sell the Unreal engine to Rockstar.

Unreal am all of teh PC. I'm sure they could port it to consoles without too much trouble though, the next-gen ones that is.

Its all a scam though, Release new cards, hold a few features back, get with game devolper let them include the features,release new g-card,hold few features back....ect ect
