Chicken's asked to come down on the Friday and leave on the Monday due to his MASSSIIIVEEE trip down from Scotland, so I have booked these days off.
If anyone else has a huge journey and would like to arrive a day early or leave a day late then let me know.
Also, if anyone can call or contact Jockgit that would be handy.
I've not heard back from him, and he's not received my private message yet.
If he can't come I think Ty was looking for a spare spot in the proceedings.

as im selly oak based i can always just take a cab home, sleep with my missus and be back in the morning. that frees up sleeping space.Grimmie wrote:Chicken's asked to come down on the Friday and leave on the Monday due to his MASSSIIIVEEE trip down from Scotland, so I have booked these days off.

We didn't have too much trouble with sleeping space last time, everyone just kinda crashed where they felt like it, and at different times during the night, so there were only half of us asleep at once. But, if you want to head home then that's fine tooXennith wrote:as im selly oak based i can always just take a cab home, sleep with my missus and be back in the morning. that frees up sleeping space.

Dear The JockGit,
Having sent you a private message, and two emails, I'm going to have to give your place away to someone else waiting to join the Brum Bash if you're unable to confirm or deny your attendance by the end of the day.
I'm doing this now mostly so other people will have plenty of notice to arrange travel and book days off if needed, and as much as I'd love you to attend (in that special, 5punky way), I need to book tables at the foody place and give other people who know they can attend a chance to come along.
Sorry if this has scuppered any plans.

I'm only half way through this thread, so it may have been answered further down.... but yes... ID is needed in Birmingham. I get ID'd all the time there and I'm 24 (but I do look young granted). Also no trainers / chav brands is enforced pretty much everywhere.Grimmie wrote:I know this sounds a bit obvious, but I assume everyone is 18 or older?
May also pay to bring some kind of official ID to wave at the funny pubs.
Edit: Also they enforce no groups in some places, so that's an easy one to get around... split up, let some chavs in between you, ... , profit.

Unfortunately, I need to know who's coming and who isn't and I'll have to drop JockGit from the list. Understandably if anyone else pulls out (with two people already uncertain of their attendance as it is), then he's more than welcome to come along if another space is freed up. Sorry JG.
Ty's already bagged this place and says he can attend the Bash.
