Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:
- 250ml water
- 70g Sugar
- 125ml Crème fraiche
- 130g Dark chocolate
- Small knob of butter
Preperation:
Lob everything but the butter into a small pan, bring to the boil, Stirring constantly.
Turn it down to a simmer and give it a few minutes, until it coats a spoon nicely.
Once its cooled a little stir the butter in for sexy shininess.
Pour over stuff.
