Ingredients

BLOODY MARY

  • 3 Shots of good Vodka, preferably from St Petersburgh
  • 1 Shot Guinness
  • 1 tsp fresh horseradish
  • Woucestershire Sauce
  • Tobasco Sauce
  • Good quality tomato juice
  • Cucumber, mint, green olives
  • Plenty of Ice


How To Make

Take a tall glass, drizzle Woucestire sauce around the inside so it coats the glass. Add Vodka, Guinness, fresh horseradish and drop of tobasco. Fill with fresh tomato juice, mix well. Season with cucumber slices, sprigs of mint, green olives and a dash of pepper. Throw in plent of ice. Try not to drink too fast.

The alternate, alcohol free version is known as a Virgin Mary or a Bloody Shame.
