Cheese on Toast

Ingredients

2 x Slices of medium cut bread 1 x Block of strong British mature chedder Worcester sauce Black pepper

Method

1. Slice cheese 2-3mm in thickness. 2. Toast one side of the bread under the grill until it is starting to brown then flip the bread over. 3. Toast the other side of the bread until golden brown and then remove from grill. 4. Place the sliced cheese on the less toasted side of the bread making sure the whole surface is covered and avoiding overlaps. 5. Apply a sprinkling of Worcester sauce as evenly as possible. 6. Grind a small amount of black pepper on top of that. 7. Put back under grill until cheese has melted and starts to become hard again. 8. Serve with your favourite table sauce.
