Armed Assault Mods

This is a list of mods and addons from the Armed Assault communit which I think are worth having. I'll hilight the ones which are included in missions or on the server and therefore need downloading [...is there a way to make a link to automagically collate a list of these somewhere? - Friz]. Client side only mods are optional downloads, usually stuff that improved sounds or graphics.

The Must Haves

Patch 1.05 Euro Release is ver 1.04. This is the update (226 Mb)

Sound Pack Client side sound upate pack. Doesn't replace any of the original files. *Untested*

HK G11 Y'know, the caseless ammo one. I love this gun.

Personel

I only go in for the really good ones rather than the basic model retextures. Nothing leaps out and strikes me as really good yet.

Flying Stuff

There's an Apache in the works which looks very nice

Floaty Stuff

Someone's working on an entire fleet: carriers, destroyers, cruisers and landing craft. Should make litoral operations a real possibility.

Mods and Missions

Multiplayer missions automagically download on connecting to the server so no need to put them here. I'll link funky SP and any mission specific addons here.

Useful Tools

Vehicle & Weapons Browser A very funky all-the-toys in game browser

ArmA Start Useful little launcher tool. Checks the server is running and shows what missions and addons are needed. Future version will also check the client addons for compatability.
