Basically, what you wanna do is up the FSB a few clicks in Clockgen (3-5 at a time for a start), wait, Repeat.

Take notes of your speeds (on paper) every time you change them.

Once your machine crashes, reboot and go to the last stable speed. (the one before it crashed) 

Leave it at that speed for a while

If it's stable, run orthos on the default mode (Blend - stress CPU and RAM) and wait.

If orthos fails quickly, downclock a little and try again.  I like orthos to run for at least an hour without errors - longer is always better (tnwss)

Beyond that, you'll wanna up voltages in the bios (vcore) carefully as that helps stability a little, allowing you to get higher FSBs

Open ATITool.

Take note of the speeds on the Default profile

Press New on the Profile controls and name the new Profile "Core".

Press New Again and name the Profile "Memory".

Use the Drop down profile box to select the "Core" Profile.

Press the "Find Max Core" button. Keep an eye on the core speed so you know what speed it's at. (if your machine crashes reboot and allow ATITool to go back to last good)

Save the Core profile and Switch to the "Memory" Profile.

Press the "Find Max Memory" button. Keep an eye on the Memory speed so you know what speed it's at. (if your machine crashes reboot and allow ATITool to go back to last good) 

Save the Memory profile

By now you should have an Idea of your Graphics card's Maximum Core and Memory Speeds.

Load the Core Profile up again, Then set the memory speed to about 90% of what your saved memory profile is.

Press the "Scan for Artifacts" Button.

When you get artifacts, turn the Core speed down by 5mhz and Scan again.

If you get artifacts, turn the memory speed down by 5mhz and Scan again.

Repeat until you get something stable.

Once you have stability, you can consider overclocking a little more, go 5-10mhz on core, then 5-10mhz on Memory with atifact scans between.

Eventually you may want to only push the speeds by 1-2mhz at a time, but this is just greed.
