View source for Chocolate Sauce

===Ingredients:===
*250ml water
*70g Sugar
*125ml Crème fraiche
*130g Dark chocolate
*Small knob of butter

===Preperation:===
Lob everything but the butter into a small pan,  bring to the boil, Stirring constantly.  

Turn it down to a simmer and give it a few minutes, until it coats a spoon nicely.

Once its cooled a little stir the butter in for sexy shininess.

Pour over stuff.
