After 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved.
For those of you who wanted a more lively war, have this! No idea who organised it, or why, but you don't see me complaining!

Goonies update please?
Does anyone else wonder if they are attacking us on Contract from UCE? If so, do you think we could counter-contract them for a devestating sneak attack?
I tried to play a bit this weekend, but at 2 Mbps, I just couldn't connect!

When I first saw the mail that's what I'd assumed, but I have no idea now. As far as a devastating counter-contract.. I wouldn't bet on it, all the goons have done so far is lose ships

Heh, must say I sorta saw this comming. Goons have dec'd COW twice in recent months, and everytime we strugle to find em in empire, even in places like rens. jita, etc
