ImageFalling somewhere between death and taxes on the predictability scales comes this week British charts: a Harry Potter movie turns up, a Harry Potter game goes to the top spot. On the bright side, Resident Evil 4 made a good showing, as did the Darkness, which managed to be the #1 game not endorsed by some kind of thespian.

What an utterly embarrasing collection. Apart from a few decent titles further down the charts, it seems the UK market is wholly dominated by games kids would buy.

In this quaint little village that it Britland we have no time for games. Adults are too busy drinking ale from bowler hats and chasing cheese down a hill.
