http://wow.allakhazam.com/ - Same as Thottbot, but seems more geared toward US players

http://www.cosmosui.org/ - Cosmos UI site, with details on addons and future additions

http://www.curse-gaming.com/ - A UI site with tons of addons to customise your WoW interface. Also includes a tabard builder
