Google gets political [News]
Everyone's favourite search engine has taken a step into America's political arena regarding a wide array of issues it feels are important. But does the world need a cowboy corporation to play hero?
All big companies lobby the government for their own benefit (yet another downside of big government). Most of what Google is lobbying for falls into this category (not that it doesn't benefit others too), and some of it seems more generally "good".
So yeah, I totally don't have a problem with this.
