Fucking ace map on a great server.

High pointage as well, got 134 and didn't get a medal at all.

Much fun.


Chickens did some silly ownage as a medic/commander type person.

Had some pretty epic length games on there, good scores as well. I perused karkand maps at about 2-3pm, saw this server and have just left after brief interludes for my tea, a shit and the internet spackage.

Didnt get boring and didnt get too much rage until a clan squad started being too damn good, ie bunnyhopping so much they didnt touch the ground, whilst spamming a shitstorm of nades.

Was well worth the random pick!

Too bad you don't get medals for revives. I still need the 20 heal points in a round for the expert first aid badge.

I was just checking out my badges etc the other day and might try to grab a few of the ones I've nearly got. Always a good way to revive the interest for an evening.

That must have been hax, there's no way you've got a mind.

Whoever was gunning on the enemy boat actually started shooting at me when I spawned on our flaming wreck, then when I dove out he stopped and shot berk, giving me enough time to get to shore and pull out the anti tank rocket. It looked very nice from my point of view. You were all just sitting calmly on the boat, and then everyone just exploded.

That was the worst pedalo ride, ever.

I got The Rage last night and had to leave. Being on a mostly non-5punk team for a while was the lose, especially when 5punkers were not adhering to the server rules, ie. base rapping.

On the plus side I did get a gold star for nade spamming.

I suspect that was on sharqi?

If so, it's a very difficult one to judge as the mec base is hotel.

When the only place you can spawn has people shooting you as soon as you do, unless you have the attention span of a goldfish it gets old really quick.

Trouble is, there's not much else for the other team to do on 16 player maps with uncappable bases, it's a design flaw: either the base should be cappable and the round end, there should be another option for the defenders to spawn at, or there should be a penalty/automated defenses preventing spawn-camping.

Yes, that's the one that stuck in my mind. I appreciate it's difficult to hold back and twiddle your thumbs in this case but it's frustrating when you're on the team getting raped.

With small maps like that rape is inevitable, since you have all the flags pretty close and nothing for the other team to do. The only way to not get raped is to run like fuck right at the beginning of the round, if you manage to escape before the rape starts, you're usually ok. Thats what we did as MEC, ran like fuck to TV Station right away and captured it, thus escaping teh rapes
