Just wondering, do we have anywhere we can *reasonably* safely rat in 0.0? Or an established spot/system that alot of you use for said pupose?

I ratted near Assah as I was looking for targets. Added a little isk to the wallet before I got the insurance payout...

'Safe' ratting grounds are next on the list of things to do for the Alliance. Be aware that it may not be very close to our current base of operations, so you may need a dedicated ratting boat and jump clone. I'll poke Steamy to find out how he's getting on with it.
