If anyone's around York and is bored, krindo attacked me earlier outside of the York ammo hut, so KoS (I'm pretty sure he's KoS with the other regional authorities too).
He didn't kill me, but he did give me a pretty serious mauling. I'm limping back to the Waugh Arms now.

He's KOS with the CP, and known criminal with the York Militant Coalition Alliance.

Seems fair.

As of this post, krindo is south of York by a little bit, and a couple of squares to the west.
(I wasn't counting)

Sadly I've run out of AP and don't have weapons on me.

I cut him a bit, but missed a lot, from the Waugh go south to the next hut, then directly SW.

you want to find yourself a tiger tooth (I think) amulet, it will improve your hot rate quite a bit (I found one in the ruins (ones North of York I think)
