Just wondering if we should look to fill our ranks a bit. New blood is good. Although new players will take years to grow to the level that BUM is averaging, they could start off with decent roles in industrial or PVP capability.

If you're happy to invest the time recruiting, training, mentoring and answering all the noob questions, go ahead. But as you know there's no point pulling people in if they have noone to play with...

omg dres your right. this is what i need not sure about the corp. i need someone whose soul purpose when i am on is to be my salvaging shadow. this is a demanding job and pays little to nothing at all since all salvage comes to me but i guess they can get paid in scrap metal and cap boosters. oh and we could use some females who have 5punk material (they like it in the bum )

Dres, I rekon that if you're game and can spare the time then go for it. I have no problem answering noob questions (between asking them) and I should be on more in June as my job is winding down (although hopefully notr actually finishing....)
