Trinity is now selling shares

1)Background
Trinity Corporate Services is a new corporation whose sole purpose within Eve is to build investment in today’s market.
I have played Eve now for almost 2 years, starting out as a miner and agent runner in empire before moving to 0.0. Over the last 6 months I have created a number of characters to enable the movement of goods and to profit from the market, which I have achieved with considerable success. I have also started production of T1 haulers and Blackbird cruisers.
2) What would the investment be in?
The corporation will be trading in both T1 and T2 goods around empire and also a number of 0.0 outposts. We will increase our profit margins by investing in cheap minerals for ship and module production.
3) How to invest in -TCS-
The shares will be sold on a first come first served basis. IPO is 200 shares at 5mill each with a guaranteed 5% ROI (10% max after 4 months). There is no min or max purchase. Contact Northwestern for sales.
For an investment in 1 share for 5,000,000 guaranteed monthly dividend will be 250,000 rising to a maximum of 500,000 isk per month.
5) Risks
a) -TCS- could be a scam. I can only give you my word that it is not. I could obtain the isk the hard way and run it solo, but a public company is a much more interesting project for me and one that has proven viable for a number of entities in Eve already.
b) -TCS- continually fails to meet expectations. After 4 months a shareholder vote will be held to determine if the shareholders wish to keep there investment in the corporation. Should they choose to pull out, all assets will be liquidated and the initial investment returned as soon as possible.

Q: Who is your main?
A: Northwesten. Contact me via evemail for all questions. Currently I plan only to use alts for trading. All production will be done with my main and as such he will hold the majority of the assets. As I mentioned before, this character is over two years old and I have no desire to tarnish his reputation with a scam.
Q: Are you affiliated to any alliances?
A: The corporation is not affiliated to any alliance in Eve and will never be. I trade wherever I can dock.
Q: What assets do you have already?
A: I have 2 freighter pilots and 4 haulers that move around 0.0 and empire with ease.

Q: Why the new corp?
A: I'm bored with the name Dark Skyes. However I will use the new corp for share holding and will continue to use Dark Skyes to move shipments to 0.0 as Northwestern has history with 5punkorp.
Q: Will you sell share to the public?
A: Not at the moment. I plan to keep this 'in house' to 5punkorp and friends for now. When my trading and investment grows then I will sell to the alliance. If RL really gets in the way and it all falls apart I will endeavour to refund the full cost of the shares. I'll give you plenty of warning of course!
Q: Can we help with the trading?
A: No plans yet! If you can think of anyway to do this simply then let me know.

Also like to add that I will not recall the shares!! they will stay with you and if need by I save up if RL hits the fan and i will continue the payments

I have increase the sales of shares from 50 to 200! If my investment grow well i add another 50 each month! we see how it goes!
