I'm assuming you've cut part of the logs off Dolly. How did he come to find the Fw4ppers channel? I'm sure it's not in the corp discription any more, and since you refered him to Dres, I'm going to assume that Dres wasn't online recruiting. I'd take the can I join your corp line right now as I'm looking a medium sized active corp, and yours looks like one. Nowever, I don't Veto this kinda thing. Friz? Fea?

Do we need him? Not really. Do we know him? Not at all. Do we have reservations? Pete does. That's good enough for me. There's plenty of pirate corps out there that I'm sure would suit him better.

Personallym I'm always wary of people appearing in Fw4ppers channel and getting pushy about joining, they usually turn out to be spies. Genuinely interested people tend to convo and ask lots of questions about what the corp does to see if it'll suit them before deciding to join. He sounds like a dumb noob without any real clue narf.

On another note, aren't we fairly happy with the current corp size? Apart from the odd RL or in-game mate joining from time to time, I see no real need to recruit anyone at the mo.

I'm with Friz on this one, unless Fw4ppers needs people I don't feel like we need any additions to the corp(s)

Just the fact that he's a pirate is enough to turn me off. We don't need anyone dying at the hands of anyone in Fw4ppers that might someday war dec them. Right now we're not actively recruiting, because narf, there's not alot for low-skilled peeps about, so they'd likely feel alone-ish and leave anyway. And the smell of noob is strong on him, maybe tooo stong..... But, it matters not, Fw4ppers aren't active atm, and we don't take pirates. Now miners on the other hand...... I've met a small corp of miners that aren't growing and prospering, thought about recruiting them into Fw4ppers, just to include them in Empire ops. Any opinions there? (I think only one of them can fly a barge yet, so thinking including them in an op would encourage them by showing them what a well-trained barge pilot can DO.[/b]

Good idea on the fw4ppers empire ops/mining recruiting though Dres. All up for finding small, failed or failing corps that need a bit more experience and infrastructure around them. Fw4ppers is ideally set up for this and ultimately some of them might turn into good people who want some 5punky action. That's a much better filtering method imo.

Would it be possible to change the ticker for Fw4ppers to be B0RG?

yeah if it wasn't late and about to go key board face and burned out from doing school stuff all weekend I would have ripped him. then again i don't recruit so not sure about all that and I know we haven't been making any friends out there so anything seems shady. next time i will be malicious towards anyone i think is a spy
