His title is The Unspeakable One, but the title He Who Is Not To Be Named is a mistranslation of it. However, it may be true that speaking his name will summon him, and as he's a big nasty Great Old One (or outer god, I forget which) it's probably best not to.
Oh yeah, he's an entity from H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu mythos.
