Install routines with music you cant turn off

Satans infernal knickers, music in installers is damnably annoying. Anyone know of a way i can make it stop? Im trying to listen to Wagner, and im getting some diabolic mix of ride ofthe valkaries with some horrible looped generic arabic shite.
