Atorian: Vaxeta Senate Disbands, lol internet fights!

I'm still ticking along building up resources and techs - pretty much getting all the industry techs to level 3 then building like crazy. At the moment though it's just a constant Linked Turbine/Village combo until tax income is high enough. I'm aiming initially for an income of 5k Credits/CF/Zit and 10k metals per tick I think. Haven't started building any ships at all yet.
Meanwhile, the Vaxeta Senate is fucked. There's been some sort of dirty power play between Hellsing (the boss) and another gayer who threw a tantrum and trashed a load of resources. Trust 5punk to chose the losing side

It makes me lol all the spam in council chat.
Perhaps now would be a good time to start working togather and trying to make something of the vegatax? My economy is pretty done. I'm at 13K creds an hour, 11K metal an hour and 3K cold fusion an hour (Gona be pimping the CF hard today and get it up with the others.)

I spent my first 4 days abusing the fact that I wasn't going to be attacked for a while just building up credits, then yesterday I swaped to metal (hitting 11K this morning) and now I'm going psycho for CF. I re-started wednesday (or possibly tuesday). At the current rate, i'll hit 10K CF in a day or two, then it's time to spam fighters like mad until I can build strikers

er..why? The second one's supposed to be better, but it uses more CF and land.

It's more efficient regarding Ziton <> CF ratio. Venting Cylinder is a 25:1 ziton/CF ratio, where as the station is 10:1. Can't say the land bit bothers me and it works out equal for the ziton/credits ratio.

Isn't it less efficient? Building 4 VCs costs 2400 and pumps oput Ziton at 100 per tick for only 4 CF.

I agree with FJ....Ziton and Metals get LESS efficient reguarding the CF requirements as u get the later stages. Cheaper to buy with credits though.
As far as land goes...all i know is we need 50% to explore another planet...but i dont know what the benefits of having a 2nd one is yet...

I thought the idea (maybe) was to use as little land as possible as you only have 5 (subscribers 7) planets max.
I don't know whether the "citizens happiness" does anything or how it's calculated, but there's an eventual cap on building once you've used all the land - you can't delete.

Long, Medium and Short Range.
Winner gets points. (for ranking?)
Defender gets some resources (mainly Metals) from destroyed ship debris.
Bounty missions = teh win!
Soon as I get the 3 ranges...gonna start attacking...bountys if possible.
