I've never really gotten into comics, I used to read the beano when I was a child, but I doubt you're interested in that :D

I used to read:
Sonic the comic <3
a very few DC comics, mainly batman and superman
and loads of Marvel ones.
This stopped around 13/14 partly due to spending money on games/girl(s)

Heh, I'm up for wintereenmas :D
Actually, in my opinion the best of the lot is
The Order of the Stick. It's extremely well written and very funny, any ADnD fan will love it.

I read comic books. My favorite book of all time is Preacher. I think hands down that Garth Ennis is the best writer in the industry. Other recent favorites include:
The Ultimates
Storm Watch/The Authority
Ultimate Spiderman
Deadpool
Green Arrow: Quiver
I just got done reading Identity Crisis and I've been keeping up some of the other books as well.

huzzah! I dont feel so bad now :D
Just finished reading pretty much the entire Deadpool back catologue. I dont think ive ever laughed so much reading a Marvel comic before.
Does make me wonder, with the current trend for comic-to-film convertions, how come nobody has bagged Deadpool yet? Its just begging to be filmified.
Also; you read any Sandman? If not, i recommend you do. I think it should be compulsory. For everyone.

Deadpool is quite nice, but from what i understand, he was caught up in a big battle between Marvel and his creator. This resulted him being put on the back burner and I think they killed him off a while ago, but recently brought him back (I like deadpool, but I haven't kept ON deadpool continuously). He'd make a great movie, but with some of these series, there's always the question of how to properly start it and where to leave off.
I haven't read sandman, but if I can acquire it, i'll give it a go.

Ive read right up to...oooh, about issue 60 something of deadpool. He died a few times, but the last issue did seem rather....final.
If they resurrected him again, i'll be a happy man. Gotta love his lip.
As for Sandman: Its really rather different, so i would totally understand if you didnt like it, but if you can get into it theres some of the best storytelling and character development in there. Brilliant stuff.
Total lack of spandex clad fellas walloping each other with dubious super powers, which makes a refreshing change.

Is Sin City a comic? If so they've just made a film of it starring Bruce Willis, Jessica Alba and some people.
Last comic I read was Watchmen, and to be honest I got bored halfway through.
