only way you'll get that any cheaper is changing to a celeron i think
that and just buying 1x1gb stick, rather than 2x512, it'll be cheaper and not hurt performance noticeably

Celeron is only 12 cheaper on aria - for a 2.8ghz jobby. But I think they're evil. Plus that shuttle does say P4 on the spec sheet... May be the safer option.

You won't need that fan, unless I'm missing something (the fan in that Shuttle is a 92mm, anyway). I'd ditch the floppy drive, too.
My advice would be to look on ebay etc. for people with fancy older (AGP) Shuttles who are upgrading to newer ones. And no, mine is not for sale
