Wod thoughts for happier levellings:

In spires of arak, get the smuggler, it sells rare things (like pets, and massive bags)
In Nagrand, the siege workshop is massively more useful than the wolf thingy, the tank does a *lot* of damage, and takes no fall damage, so that's fun. :)

In your garrison, it's worth having;
Salvage yard - Lets you get salvage from follower missions, better stuff comes from higher levels, can get BoEs that go for a lot of money, otherwise, good 100g/day from this, 0 effort.
War Mill - Lets you trade garrison points for follower gear
Lumber mill - Cut trees down, get garrison points.
Stables - Level 1 stops you getting dismounted, but it's worth levelling it to 3 on something, for quests for extra mounts

I've still got to use my 'boost to 90' thing, but can't decide between a Paladin or a Drood. Any suggestions?

Paladins are still, as far as I'm aware, an all round good thing, the DPS is nice, tanking (from what I've heard) is good, and I've not heard any complaints about healing, wiggy can probably add more on that front.

I'm about half way through pandaland on my druid, but I'm just not feeling it so much, it's not that it's bad, more that I'm bad at it.

Anery does Drood. Both classes can heal, tank and DPS so they're nice all rounders. I enjoyed facerolling my Pala more, but that's because Shaman is (or was) quite reactive so I liked not having to think.

finding the drood a bit better now I've RTFM.

Also, in my ongoing quest for mount whoring, I need to level an ally, do we have a 5punk related guild anywhere?

Unless you are a feral druid, the wolf thingy grants full mount speed when in cat form - in and out of combat. It's not on a CD either, as long as you are in Nagrand you run at mount speed.

to be fair, the wolf is bloody useful on everything I've tried it on (2 DKs and a mage) but I tried the tonk with my pala, and found it a lot more effective for those remarkably regular situations where I horribly over-pull.

A 5punk related guild or an actual 5punk guild? I'm assuming you know that Wiggy is in another guild on ED, and that we have I Love Horses?

EDIT: Duh, you mean Alliance side. Don't think we have a 5punky Alliance guild, but my characters are on Lightbringer for what it's worth.

I need an alliance toon, with lots of rep and I'm pretty sure For The Horse! no longer exists on ED ally side.

Frankly, I've no idea what's where. I don't have any ED ally characters. I think I have one on another server, but it's only about lvl 20.

Worth bearing in mind that we're only up to regular dungeons right now, so it's all relative. I'd rather take a healer/tank who's as crap as the rest of us than be dragged through a dungeon as a spectator.

I can do DPS (poorly, no doubt). At some point I will look into getting my paladin into a tank spec, and the priest into a healer spec.

I'm assuming the dungeons start at less than 100. WotLK did. We might not suck at those.

Apparently you can do Bloodmaul Slag Mines at 90. Maybe we should try and build a team (of sorts), and go learn the normal dungeons? I imagine we could get some good loot out of them.
