Nice roll. Forenrond spots the underbrush moving about twenty feet ahead of him, down the slope of the hill. A figure crawls through it slowly.

You think away. From where you are you can't tell, it's certainly humanoid.

It's a muscular, red-skinned hobgoblin crawling across the ground. These things are usually bigger than you, but this one seems particularly large. He's missing his right fore arm but appears not to be bleeding out. He's also concentrating on escaping so much that he doesn't seem to spot you creeping up behind him.

I'll get his attention by putting the tip of my rapier against the back of his neck and whistling loudly (for the benefit of the others).

The Hobgoblin freezes as soon as he feels the point across his skin, and mumbles some Goblin curse words. Forenrond understands them, and they do not flatter him.

After hearing Forenrond whistle, Thoon stomps up to the hobgoblin carrying the severed hand Flash dropped at his feet, with Flash following. The otherwise joyful dwarf looks pretty angry.

A year later (whoops, talk about a hiatus), I'm in a much better mood mentally. Wanna take this to discord, or continue here?

I'm willing to give it a go on discord, because it certainly can't go slower.
